Cesar launched his first Great Dog Adventure in June with a weekend in San Diego for fans—and, of course, their dogs. The highlight of the three-day event was a 50-dog pack walk through Presidio Park in Old Town San Diego. But the fun didn’t stop there. There was a picnic, book signing, and live stage appearance. One of the highlights for Cesar was being able to invite kids from a homeless shelter to join him and TV favorite Scooby-Doo. Julie Lyle of Birmingham, AL, summed up the feelings of many: “I really can’t remember when I’ve had more fun! I met so many wonderful people who share my passion for dogs and got to hear so many interesting stories from people all around the world.”
