As Japan continues its recovery and rescue missions, many organizations are lending their hand in the relief efforts, including our trusted sponsor Vetericyn.

Vetericyn recently donated a pallet of its products to World Vets in order to assist in their veterinary care efforts in Japan. World Vets will use the products to help injured animals in many of the affected areas in Japan and around the world. Currently, World Vets has helped assist in the evacuation of many animals from the area and has a vet (with more to join) on the ground, serving the communities in the most ravaged areas. World Vets will also be sending more than 25 tons of supplies to a central drop-off location in Tokyo, including the Vetericyn donation.

The World Vets organization provides veterinary care around the world, specifically in developing nations, and helps bring awareness to the growing pet overpopulation problem, as well as human medical issues.

We wanted to personally thank Vetericyn for their charitable donation to a very worthy cause, as well as the continued work of World Vets and their efforts to help save animals in need around the world.
