DOG RESCUE

Woman Loses Clothes to Find Dog

When Arlene Corona's pet chihuahua Chispita went missing, she tried putting out flyers . . . but when that didn't work, it was time to pull out the big guns.

The 20-year-old student took to a street corner in La Jolla, CA, clad only in a bikini and a pair of high heels, holding up her "lost dog" sign. She got the attention of passing motorists and ultimately, the local media. It took six days of fasting and standing out in the cold, but Arlene finally received a tip that reunited her with Chispita. Now Chispita is getting microchipped, so hopefully Arlene won't have to lose her clothes the next time she loses her dog.
