Cesar Speaks at the League of California Cities Annual Conference
(San Diego, CA) On Thursday, September 16, Cesar addressed an audience of more than 300 elected California officials at the League of California Cities annual conference at the San Diego Convention Center. Joined by his pack of dogs, Cesar spoke to the crowd about how to assert pack leadership in their everyday and professional lives.
“There is much to be learned by watching a pack of dogs – nonverbal communication, team leadership and calmness,” Cesar said in his speech.
In the question and answer section that followed, Cesar helped city officials address issues within their own districts regarding dog park sanctions and community dog relations.
Later that evening, Cesar attended a Latino Caucus dinner and reception at Roy’s restaurant at the downtown San Diego Marriot, where he was honored with a plaque for his continued leadership in the Latino community.
