Hi!
I have a 9-year-old cocker spaniel, Anita. She's always been a very good dog, and apart from the barking at the front door for any noise and the occasional pulling on walks, I couldn't complain. Still, these two issues were annoying me.

Dogs are my great passion; I bought "Be the Pack Leader" on Saturday, finished it by Sunday before the morning walk, and started straight away. Who says you cannot teach an old dog a new trick? Anita changed in a matter of hours! There is no pulling now, occasional barking at the proper moment, and she is so much happier and closer to me.

Woman's Best Friend

Before there was Cesar's way, there was the Woodhouse way.  Popular British television personality and dog trainer Barbara Woodhouse was born in Ireland in 1910.  It’s probably safe to say that she became a dog lover when the canine bug bit her at just two years of age – literally.

Celebrating Irish Dog Breeds

Slainte! St. Patrick's Day is a raucous celebration of Irish heritage - its citizenry, patriotism, and culture - recognized by nations around the world, from Canada and New Zealand to the US and Ireland, itself. But with the holiday mostly focusing on good food, good company, and a healthy dose of liquid refreshment, Ireland's canine contribution is often overlooked.
