Dog Jumps Into The Water And Saves The Cat

Dogs have many redeeming qualities. These four-legged angels have many wonderful traits that we can all learn a lesson from, kindness being one of them. Dogs are extremely kind towards their loved ones, as well as complete strangers. And nothing captures the selflessness of dogs quite like the video below:

In a very heartwarming video, a dog goes out on a limb in order to save the life of a cat. Unlike certain stereotypes, cats and dogs actually do get along, as shown by the heroic canine who saved the feline from drowning. While we don’t know the exact origins of the video, it’s still incredible to watch.

In the footage, the grey and white cat is drowning in the water. The poor cat clearly needs help before it’s too late. Just as the kitty is losing hope, she gets saved by an unexpected paw. The canine selflessly jumps into the water itself in order to rescue the cat. The dog allows the wet feline to climb onto its back before swimming back to safety.
