German Shepherd Stops On A Dime While Sprinting Full Speed

One of the wonderful things about dogs is they don’t just make great pets, they also make great employees. Dogs can actually hold down a number of different jobs like being service dogs, police dogs, sniffer dogs, etc. All these different avenues for them also happen to be roles that help society.

But in order for these amazing pups to get to perform the specific roles that they do, they first must go through extensive training. Even though our pups are naturally smart, they still need to learn how to properly execute their various tasks, especially in specialized fields like law enforcement. While most of the time we don’t get to see the inner workings of dog training, but on occasion, a video will surface that shows off dogs’ amazing abilities.

One clip in particular showed off the running talent of Nova, a German Shepherd. The powerful dog took off running on the command of her handler. The dog was already incredibly fast, but then she stopped. According to her handler’s instructions, the dog was supposed to stop, and her reflexes were so good. Simply amazing. Dogs are such incredible animals!
