It’s hard to believe that it’s March already. It seems like we were celebrating the New Year just the other day. I’ve already had two sessions of Training Cesar’s Way at the Dog Psychology Center, and on Friday, I started my new U.S. tour in Wisconsin, where it’s a lot colder and snowier than it is back home in Los Angeles. Now I’m on my way to Kalamazoo for tonight’s show.
Spring is going to be a very busy and exciting time for me and my human pack, and we have some surprises (big and small) coming up for you in the next couple of months. The one I’m most excited about, though, is coming in April. Here’s a hint: it has nothing to do with filing taxes.
Because of the incredible positive response we’ve been having to my Training Cesar’s Way workshops, I’ve now added two new sessions, which start on April 24 and May 8. At the previous sessions, people told me what a life-changing experience it was for them, although they didn’t have to tell me; I could see it.
To me, it’s very encouraging whenever someone has that moment when they suddenly “get it,” and you can see it in their eyes, their face, and their energy. Every time I help someone to have that breakthrough and they suddenly understand how they are part of the equation in their dog’s behavior, it makes everything worthwhile.
Sometimes people laugh when they get it. Sometimes they cry. These training sessions can be very emotional events — in a positive way — and every group that’s gone through has felt like a united pack and a team by the end of it. It’s also very exciting to me to see participants coming from all over the world, then connecting despite language and cultural differences through the common bond of dogs.
All this, and people tell me that the food is excellent. Of course, they didn’t have to tell me that. I knew it, too!
Besides Training Cesar’s Way, my web pack has a lot of exciting, amusing, educational things coming up, and they’ve been working very hard behind the scenes. I almost feel guilty leaving them behind in LA while I’m on tour — except that it’s sunny and 80 degrees out there right now. For them, winter ended early. For the rest of us, spring begins soon. Together, I hope we can make it memorable.
