Duck Helps Heal Dog’s Broken Heart After Best Friend Passes Away

When George the dog lost his best friend, Blackie the Lab, two years ago, he sunk into a deep depression. There was absolutely nothing that would cheer up this poor dog.

Things went from bad to worse for George who became so lonely, he began to suffer from crippling loneliness and anxiety. Poor George was so downtrodden that he refused to eat – almost starving himself to death.

Without Blackie, George was very anti-social and didn’t like being in the company of other animals or strangers. However, things turned around when a duck entered his life.
Watch the video below:

Isn’t that so sweet? It’s incredible just how much of a positive impact this little duck had on a very lonely dog. George’s owner says she’s so glad that he’s finally found some joy with his new friend – and we could agree more.

So happy for these two friends!
