Conduct
Registration
- Registering for Training Cesar's Way program does not guarantee your participation.
- Training Cesar's Way programs have limited capacity. Registrations are processed on a first-come, first-served basis, reviewed in the order they are received.
- Due to the extremely high volume of inquiries and applications we receive, we may be unable to respond to individual emails and questions until your registration is approved.

Registering Without a Dog
- After completing the registration process, your approval status will be pending during the 24 hour refund period.
- After 24 hours, you will be approved and will receive a confirmation email with a link to the host hotel and other important information.
Registering With Your Dog
- A dog application and dog approval are required when attending with a personal dog.
- During the dog approval process, your status to attend the course will be pending.
- You will be required to complete a dog application during the registration process.
- It may take up to 7 business days for TCW qualified trainers to determine your dog’s eligibility. All decisions are final.
- During the approval process, additional information about your dog may be requested by email and/or phone. Please reply in a timely manner.
- Once your dog’s eligibility status has been determined, you will receive a notification email to the address provided when registered.
- If your dog is approved, you will receive an email showing your status in the workshop as accepted as well as additional course details and link to the host hotel.
- You are wholly responsible for your dog's care, supervision, safekeeping and behavior during the program.
- If your dog is not approved, you will have 24 hours from when the notification is sent, to cancel your registration, if you do not want to attend without your dog. *
- Upon approval to the course, you must also provide us with vet records showing that your dog's vaccinations are up to date before he/she is permitted to attend the program. **
- Your dog must be spayed or neutered to attend (we may grant exceptions for dogs under the age of ten months.)
- During classroom-style work, student dogs will not be allowed. A safe and comfortable kennel for your dog will be provided.
- No aggressive dogs permitted. Other specific red zone behaviors are also prohibited.
- Misrepresentation of your dog's suitability for participation, may result in dismissal from the program without a refund.
- Service dogs are welcome with proper paperwork but will still need to go through the approval process.
- No dogs in heat are permitted to attend courses.
- Dogs are not allowed at the welcome reception or the graduation dinner.
**If you do not provide the required records your dog will not be permitted at the workshop.
Cancellations and Refunds
Payment, Cancellations, and Refunds Without a Dog
- Registration is refundable within 24 hours of booking.
- After 24 hours of booking, cancellations will be refunded 50% (minus 10% processing fee), up to 30 days prior to the course start date.
- No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 30 days before the course starts, or in the case of no-shows to the event.
- Course transfers and rescheduling requests are not permitted.
- Refunds will be issued to the original credit card you registered with.
- Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement.
- Cesar’s Way, Inc. reserves the right to cancel any Training Cesar’s Way programs for any reason whatsoever, including insufficient signups, force major, acts of God, natural disasters, riots and reasons beyond our control. In such a case, a refund of payments received by Cesar’s Way, Inc. shall constitute full settlement and shall release Cesar’s Way, Inc. from further financial liability. The financial burden of Cesar’s Way, Inc. shall be limited to the amount paid to Cesar’s Way, Inc. for the Training Cesar’s Way course only. It shall not extend to cover any other travel or other costs incurred (e.g., non-refundable air tickets, visa fees if applicable, hotel accommodations and trip insurance premiums).
- We suggest that you consider trip cancellation insurance that includes coverage for the Training Cesar’s Way course fees.

Dog screening and attendance for all Training Cesar's Way training programs
- Before registering, please review the terms and conditions and other information to be sure your dog is suitable.
- During registration, you will provide essential information about your dog. The Training Cesar's Way trainers will review that information to ensure that the course is appropriate for your dog (and your dog is suitable for the course).
- Your dog must be spayed or neutered to attend (exceptions may be granted for dogs under the age of ten months).
- Upon approval, you must provide us with vet records showing that your dog's vaccinations are up to date before he/she is permitted to attend the program.
- If approved, you are wholly responsible for your dog's care, supervision, safekeeping, and behavior during the program.
- No severe dog or people-aggressive dogs are permitted. Other specific behavior issues are also prohibited.
- Misrepresentation of your dog's suitability for participation may result in dismissal from the program without a refund.

Student dog’s do not attend Fundamentals 2. Students who chose to participate in the back-to-back program with their dog in Fundamentals I will be solely responsible for providing proper boarding or day-care arrangements for their dogs during Fundamentals 2.
Why can't my dog attend Fundamentals 2?

Other terms and conditions
- Training Cesar's Way reserves the right to change, add or modify the topics of any Training Cesar’s Way programs at its discretion to suit the needs of the students.
- Training Cesar's Way, the Dog Psychology Center, and the Country Inn Pet Resort are not responsible for your hotel, transportation, or meals, except for daily lunches during the course. While we suggest staying at our recommended dog-friendly hotel, you may stay elsewhere.
- Training Cesar's way programs are taught entirely in English. We are unable to provide translation services.
- Training Cesar's Way programs include physical activities for both you and your dog. Walks and other training activities occur outdoors in hot or cold weather, depending upon the season. You and your dog should be ready for such levels of exercise.
- All Training Cesar's Way programs may be photographed and videotaped for various purposes. All participants must sign a release (or releases), permitting the use of their images.

WHAT ABOUT LODGING AND MEALS?

I HAVE HEARD THAT THERE IS PRE-WORK TO COMPLETE BEFORE FUNDAMENTALS II. WHAT IS IT?
In keeping with the highly interactive and personal emphasis of Fundamentals II, you will be required to complete two important assignments before you attend: (1) Prepare and submit a video showing a behavior issue with a dog; (2) Prepare a two to three minute speech from a list of provided topics that you will present to your fellow students. We will provide complete details about the pre-work when your registration is approved.
